President & CEO

Bob has a keen eye for designing and executing customer-centric solutions for organizations in the public, private and non-profit spaces.  His 25 years of hands-on leadership experience enable him to envision interdisciplinary solutions for complex and multilayered problems.

He maintains a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential from the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP). As a veteran of the U.S. Army and as an American living with disabilities, Bob is committed to inclusion & diversity and advocates for equal rights for all persons, including individuals with disabilities. ​

Strategic Services Manager

Erin Inman is a motivated leader with over ten years of experience in the public sector focused on workforce development programs and policy development designed to address complex community needs. Erin joined BlueOps, Inc. in 2023 and currently serves as the Strategic Services Manager responsible for grant program monitoring.
