Bob Gunter is the president of BlueOps, Inc., a veteran-owned government and business consulting firm specializing in providing workforce development services.  Bob has a keen eye for designing and executing customer centric solutions for organizations in the public, private and non-profit spaces.  His 20 years of hands-on leadership experience in organizational management, legal compliance, program administration, and project management enable him to envision interdisciplinary solutions for complex and multilayered problems.  

 

Currently, BlueOps serves as the One-Stop Operator for Frederick and Anne Arundel Counties, helping to coordinate WIOA partners and programs and providing support to customers and staff of the workforce development system.  Bob’s commitment to community extends beyond the one-stop centers, leading a non-profit organization in his hometown to help provide vital services and programs to underserved residents.
